The exhibition title animates from BackTalk to TalkBack. The website color palette was built as a continuation of the Aidah Muluneh cover artwork. Backtalk: Artists on Native, African, and African-American Stereotypes is an online exhibition featuring nine artists from the early twentieth century to the present, whose works interrogate, reflect and contest racial and cultural stereotypes.
